These Terms and Conditions govern the use of iGamingCopy.com and the iGamingCopy client dashboard. By creating an account, submitting a brief, depositing credits, using a promo code, uploading files, messaging us about an order, or ordering content, you agree to these terms.
Our service
iGamingCopy provides B2B copywriting, SEO content, editing, proofreading, localization, AI-content rework, and content-management support for iGaming teams, affiliates, agencies, media projects, and related marketing teams. We work with a wider network of freelancers and editorial contributors, but iGamingCopy remains the client-facing service provider.
We do not operate gambling products, accept wagers, provide odds, process player accounts, or provide gambling services.
Business use
The dashboard is intended for business content-service requests. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to request content for the company, website, or project you submit.
Credits and pricing
Article orders are priced in dashboard credits. Unless otherwise stated, 1 credit equals €1 and 500 words cost 25 credits. Promo codes may reduce the credit cost of eligible orders. Credits are used only for iGamingCopy services and are not a bank account, stored-value financial product, or gambling balance.
Payments
Deposits are processed through PayPal. Credits are added after payment confirmation. Payment provider availability, processing times, and security checks may affect when credits become available.
Orders, briefs, and delivery
You are responsible for providing accurate briefs, keywords, target markets, language requirements, tone notes, compliance notes, uploaded files, and deadlines. iGamingCopy will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver content according to the order details shown in the dashboard.
Delivered content may be provided in the dashboard and, where requested or supported, as an attachment or editable file. Order status updates are visible in the dashboard.
Compliance and responsible gambling
You are responsible for reviewing delivered content before publication and ensuring it complies with all laws, advertising standards, licensing rules, platform policies, and responsible gambling requirements that apply to your target market.
Client materials
You confirm that you have the right to provide any briefs, documents, brand materials, keywords, URLs, or files uploaded to the dashboard. Do not upload confidential, unlawful, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Intellectual property
After the applicable order is paid in credits and delivered, you may use the delivered content for the project described in your brief. iGamingCopy retains ownership of internal processes, templates, know-how, and unused drafts unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Revisions
Reasonable revision requests should be related to the original brief. Material changes in scope, new topics, additional word count, or new compliance requirements may require a new order or additional credits.
Account security
You are responsible for keeping your dashboard login secure and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly at office@igamingcopy.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Suspension or refusal
We may refuse or suspend service where a request appears unlawful, misleading, abusive, spam-related, outside our service scope, or inconsistent with responsible gambling standards.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, iGamingCopy is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, dashboard, or delivered content. Our total liability for a specific order is limited to the credits paid for that order.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
